Carolina Casting Directors, Maxann Crotts-Harvey (Currently casting for Tru TV), http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0006527/ & Marty Siu http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2228922/ are teaming up to do an intense 4 hour TV/Film Acting Workshop for beginning actors & seasoned theater actors who are looking to transition their stage skills to tv & film. At this workshop you’ll learn how you & your agent can develop more tv/film auditioning success, If you don’t yet have an agent, you’ll learn how to sign with one who’ll represent you well, the type of headshots you’ll need for commercials/tv/film, scams to be aware of, set etiquette, important “on-camera” skills to accompany your talent, & have the opportunity to audition for two working casting directors right here in the Carolinas, with classic, & current scripts. This is a fantastic opportunity, & workshop you won’t want to miss! If children are attending, at least one parent is required to stay. You are encouraged to bring a pen & notebook as Marty & Maxann will do open Q & A at the begging & end of the workshop. The cost is $200.00. The workshop will take place on Friday, September 10th from 5:00pm – 9:00pm (dinner included), & on Saturday, September 11th from 11:00am – 3:00pm (lunch included). The location will be in Rock Hill, SC. You may choose to attend either Friday or Saturday. Spots will fill up quickly, so take advantage of early registration!
